The round belt is also known as polyurethane round belt. It is usually made of PU, and its Chinese name is polyurethane for short. PU round belt characteristics:
(1) Smooth transmission, buffering and shock absorption capability, low noise;
(2) Accurate transmission, no sliding when working, with constant transmission ratio;
(3) Convenient maintenance, no lubrication and low maintenance cost;
(4) It is not easy to break at low temperature, and the temperature resistance range is - 35 ℃ to 80 ℃; Used for temperature of 20 ℃ - 60 ℃;
(5) It can be used for long-distance transmission, and the center distance can reach more than 10m.
(6) It has excellent flexibility resistance, abrasion resistance, impact resistance, oil resistance, water resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, plastic agent, easy connection, installation, long service life and other characteristics;
(7) The speed ratio range is large, generally up to 10, and the linear speed can reach 50 m/s, with a large power transmission range, up to several watts to hundreds of kilowatts;
